Cowards of the World!

Despite many years passing off the calendar, certain occurrences are hard enough to smudge. The Pulwama attack was one such devastating act of terrorism that occurred on February 14, 2019, in the Pulwama district of the Indian-administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. A convoy of vehicles carrying Indian security personnel was targeted by a suicide bomber, resulting in the loss of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel and the injury of many others.

A member of the Pakistan-based militant group Jaish-e-Mohammad carried out the attack. The militant drove a vehicle stuffed with explosives into the convoy, resulting in a powerful blast that caused widespread destruction and loss of life. This cowardly act of violence sent shock-waves across the region and led to a surge of grief and anger throughout India.
